- 11.0:1 nominal compression ratio with 64cc N351 head
- Federal Mogul rod and main bearing
- Must flycut pistons for Windsor-style heads
- Requires machining and balancing, designed for 28.2 in./oz. external balance factor
- Fits 1971-96 351W blocks, 1984 and newer blocks
